Terms & Conditions for Conference Participation

1. Nature and Purpose of the Conference
The Canada International Business & Investment Conference (C.I.B.I.C) is a professional international event
designed for business development, investment opportunities, trade partnerships, and global networking.
Participation is strictly limited to individuals and organizations with a genuine and verifiable business,
academic, or professional purpose.
This conference is not established for immigration purposes, illegal migration, or the misuse of
invitation letters as a means of entry into Canada without a legitimate business intent.
2. Visa Application and Immigration Responsibility
All participants are solely responsible for their visa application, documentation, and compliance with immigration requirements.
Aerocone Conferences and Conventions does not guarantee visa approval and has no influence over decisions made by
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other immigration authority.
Aerocone shall not be held liable for visa refusal, delays, or denial of entry under any circumstance.
3. Invitation Letter Policy
Official invitation letters are issued only after successful registration and confirmation of participation.
Each invitation letter includes:
- A unique identification and verification code
- A defined validity period and expiration date
- Verification capability through Aerocone’s official system
Once issued, an invitation letter cannot be withdrawn, edited, or reissued, except where fraud,
misrepresentation, or breach of terms is identified.
In such cases, Aerocone reserves the full right to:
- Revoke the associated verification code
- Mark the invitation status as REVOKED in the verification system
- Attach a clear reason for revocation (e.g., fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment, chargeback, false representation, or withdrawal from participation)
Any misuse of an invitation letter may result in visa refusal, denial of entry, or further action by relevant authorities.
4. Registration and Eligibility
Participation is subject to:
- Completion of accurate registration
- Payment of applicable fees
- Submission of valid and truthful information
Aerocone reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate participation where false or misleading information is detected.
5. Conference Packages and Access Rights
All participants shall receive services strictly based on their selected and confirmed package.
- Standard participants have access to general conference sessions only
- Premium, VIP, and VVIP benefits are exclusive to subscribed participants
- No participant shall be granted VIP or VVIP privileges without proper subscription
Requests for upgrades must be formally processed and confirmed prior to the event.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are required to maintain professional conduct, comply with all applicable laws, and respect conference policies.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Financial and Transaction Policy
All payments made for conference participation are subject to verification and compliance checks.
Any fraudulent transaction, use of unauthorized payment methods, or chargeback after issuance of invitation documents
shall result in immediate revocation of participation rights and invitation validity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aerocone Conferences and Conventions shall not be held liable for:
- Visa refusal or immigration decisions
- Travel disruptions or personal losses
- Misuse of invitation documents
- Actions taken by third parties or authorities
9. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The participant further confirms that their intention to attend is strictly for legitimate professional purposes.
