Our confenreces are annually reproduced, and you can register at any time, however all tickets are not the same as each fee are given according to the hosting city and location, event type (business or education)

NOTE:

We will send an official invitation letters only to delegates and interesting premium speakers to enable them apply for business visiting visa.
Also note that official invitation letter only assist in confirming the purpose of coming to Canada to the IRCC, Kindly conduct checks on meeting other eligibility requirements

Kindly note that IRCC has policies and regulations guiding the issuance of visa when processing visa applications, each applicants must be able to convince the IRCC officers that they met with all relevants requirements.
Attendees and Delegates should consult professionals for guidance and assistance on filing of visa application for business visiting visa.
Conference Ticket Fee Refunds will not be issued for reason of any refusal visa application, the invitation letter can only be used once with any visa application.
