Program Overview

Aerocone Conferences & Tours Canada in connection with Aerocone Travels Canada Inc is inviting travel agents and agencies worldwide to partner with us in promoting our prestigious conferences and tour packages. As an affiliate, you will earn commissions on every ticket sold and have the opportunity to qualify for an all-expenses-paid trip to Canada or the U.S. while enjoying exclusive incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an Aerocone Affiliate Partner, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Residency Requirement: The affiliate must reside in a country where a visa is required for entry into Canada.
2. Commission Payment: The affiliate must have a USD or CAD bank account to receive commission payments.
3. Language Requirement: Both the affiliate and their registered conference or tour participants must reside in a country where English or French is the official language.
4. Sales from Visa-Exempt Countries: Affiliates may sell tickets to attendees from visa-exempt countries (e.g., UK, EU nations). However, these sales do not count toward eligibility for the all-expenses-paid trip. Commissions will still be paid accordingly.

Commission Structure

💰 Earn Per Ticket Sold

• CA$30 per Standard ticket
• CA$50 per Premium ticket
• CA$70 per VIP ticket
• CA$100 per VVIP ticket

Exclusive Affiliate Rewards

✈️ All-Expenses-Paid Trip to Canada or the U.S. Affiliates qualify for an all-expenses-paid one-week trip to Canada or the U.S. based on ticket sales:

• Sell 50 tickets in 6 months → Qualifies for 50% sponsorship of the trip.
• Sell 100 tickets in 6 months → Qualifies for 100% sponsorship of the trip.
• Sell 180 tickets in 12 months → Qualifies for a VIP experience (luxury hotel, business-class flight upgrade).

This trip includes the following:

🔄 Rolling Over Ticket Sales

• If an affiliate sells 80 tickets in 6 months, 50% of those sales will carry over into the next period. This means they only need 60 more tickets in the next 6 months instead of starting from scratch.

💵 Bonus Cash Rewards for High-Performing Affiliates

• CA$500 bonus for selling 150+ tickets in 6 months.
• CA$1,000 bonus for selling 250+ tickets in 12 months.

🤝 Group Incentives for Agencies

• Travel agencies can combine their sales across multiple agents to meet reward thresholds faster.
• This allows larger agencies to benefit from group sales while increasing revenue potential.

💰 Early Payouts for Active Affiliates

• Affiliates who sell 50+ tickets within 3 months can request early payouts instead of waiting for the full term.

📢 Marketing Support & Training

• Affiliates will receive ready-made marketing materials (social media templates, email scripts, WhatsApp messages) to enhance their promotion efforts.
• We will also provide biweekly training webinars featuring top-performing affiliates sharing their sales strategies.
