Our Refund Policy ?
At Aerocone Conferences, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the conference start date.
  2. For cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to the conference, a 50% refund will be granted.
  3. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the conference start date.
  4. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Aerocone Conferences team. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed
